Human Resources, Business Communication and Soft Skill training are the area of research and expertise. Awarded with PhD Degree on the topic of Impact of E-recruitment on Human Resource Supply Chain Management. Attended number of workshops on advance research methods at IIT, AIMA, and various management institutes.

Leadership with impact is the strong skill acquired through varied experiences. Have evolved the pedagogy to teach the theory in the most practical manner and has established Employability Skill Enhancement module where the focus is purely on enhancing the behavioral, managerial, presentation and communication skills of the students to make them employable and industry ready.

This Basket is purely designed to enhance the behavioral, managerial, presentation and communication skills among the students to make them employable and industry ready. The basket contains four courses beginning with understanding themselves in terms of their strengths and weaknesses. Moving from self, the students are then made to learn managerial skills such as leadership, teambuilding, persuasion, etc. The module then moves on to enhancing analytical and technical skills among the students. The last module helps students to prepare themselves for the campus recruitment by polishing their skills on group discussion and handling interview.
