The BBA II and III year students of DIMS-BBA had the opportunity to visit Yakult Danone India Pvt Ltd in Sonepat.
Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between global probiotic leaders Yakult Honsha in Japan and Groupe Danone in France, which was established in 2005.
The students had a chance to tour the ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and HACCP-certified factory in Sonepat, Haryana. At the factory, the students were given a power point presentation about the history, production, processing, warehousing and logistics of the Yakult probiotic drink. They also had the chance to witness the production and packaging process of the drink. The session was highly informative and interactive, allowing the students to understand the practical implementation of management theories.
