An industrial visit to DEWAN SUGAR MILLS, MORADABAD was organized for MBA
students on 28 November 2024.
The visit began with a presentation by the Dewan Sugar Mill team explaining the
history, operations, and sustainability efforts of the mill. The mill staff provided
insights into the challenges in the sugar industry, sustainability practices, and career
opportunities. The visit was organized to provide students with practical insights into
the sugar production process, understand the functioning of a large-scale industry,
and learn about modern machinery and industrial practices. The industrial visit to
Dewan Sugar Mill was a highly enriching experience, bridging the gap between
academic learning and real-world applications. The insights gained from this visit will
