Industrial visits are organized with a view to give the management students an overview of various operations as they happen on ground and enrich their understanding of theoretical aspects. The visit to Honda Motors helped our students to understand the functioning of Production Assembly Line of Motor Bikes and Scooters. The students were conducted around the state-of-the-art plant by Honda experts. The generous hospitality and warm welcome given to the students by HMSI speaks volume about the company’s professional ethics.
It is important for management students to familiarise themselves with the traits of a good leader, so that when given a chance, they can lead and motivate their teams efficiently.
